Hello! We are the team behind CG Shops. We help small Bulgarian businesses sell online, with no developer and no designer.

## Our story

We are a small Bulgarian company too, from Targovishte. We know that in a small business one person does many things. They sell, pack and answer customers. An online shop should not be one more heavy job.

Many small businesses want to sell online but have no time or team for it. So we decided a shop should be built through a chat. And its upkeep should be our job, not yours.

## Who we are

CG Shops is a product of Aspar Software EOOD, with the CraftGenie brand.

- UIC 204145835, VAT No. BG204145835
- 9 Aleko Konstantinov St., 7700 Targovishte, Bulgaria

## What we do for you

- **AI prepares the shop.** You describe in words what you sell. AI makes the first version with products, texts, delivery and payments. You check it and open it.
- **The couriers in Bulgaria.** A built-in connection to Econt, Speedy, BOX NOW and Pigeon Express, with waybills from the shop. You do not copy addresses by hand.
- **Cash on delivery and cards.** Shoppers pay on delivery (Наложен платеж) or by card, as suits them.
- **Your data stays in the EU.** The servers are in the European Union, with backups every night.

## How we work

- The shops run on our own platform. Hosting, updates and backups are our job.
- We use it ourselves. This website is built with it too. So we are the first to see if something is wrong.
- We help by email and in the "Help" chat, in Bulgarian and English.
