Most changes go back like that. Some cannot, just as in a shop on the street. Money refunded to a customer does not come back, and a parcel is already with the courier. These are refunds, cancelled orders, payments, shipments, new products, deletes and couriers. That is why the assistant always asks you first before a refund, a delete or a courier change. In ChatGPT or Claude, add a connection with that address. 3. Sign in with the shop's email and password and approve the access. You install nothing. It depends on your plan with them. In ChatGPT, connecting the shop is not in every plan. On our side, the assistant is included in the CG Shops price. ### Can the assistant change something without my yes? Small changes it makes at once, such as the stock of one product. A big change it shows you first and waits for your "yes". The yes works once, for 5 minutes, and only for that change. So one "yes" does not open the door to other changes. ### Who has access to my shop? The assistant acts as you, with your admin access. Every change is recorded. The access ends with the "Disconnect" button or a new password. If you use two-factor sign-in (a password and a code from an app on your phone), you also enter the code when you connect. When you turn it on or off, or set it up again, the access ends. Then you approve the connection again. ### Does the assistant pay the customer back? Only with Stripe does the money go back by itself. For any other way to pay, the assistant records the refund. Then it tells you to pay the money back yourself. ### What else can the assistant do?
