CG Shops by CraftGenie is an online shop builder with cash on delivery (Наложен платеж) built in. Delivery with Econt, Speedy, BOX NOW and Pigeon Express is built in too. No plugins or paid modules.

The shop costs €144 a year excluding VAT. AI builds it from a chat with you, usually in minutes.

Why does this matter? Many people in Bulgaria buy online only with cash on delivery. So it helps when your shop takes it from day one, with no paid add-ons.

## An evening in the shop

An invented example: Petya sells handmade children's backpacks from Ruse. In the evening she sees 6 new orders. All are cash on delivery, to an Econt or Speedy office.

She does not copy a single address. On each order she presses "Create shipment". The amount to collect is already on the waybill. The labels come out in one file. In the morning she sticks them on and hands the parcels over.

## How it works

1. **Build the shop.** In the [chat](https://manager.cgshops.com/build?lang=en&utm_source=www&utm_medium=guide&utm_campaign=platforma-za-onlayn-magazin-s-nalozhen-platezh&utm_content=en), say that you ship by courier and take cash on delivery.
2. **Enter your courier account.** You do it only once. In the admin, open Setting, "Shipping Providers". For Econt you need your e-Econt user name and password. For Speedy you need a separate user for connecting other systems (API). Ask your Speedy account manager for it. It is not your MySpeedy login.
3. **Choose the delivery options.** To an office, a locker or an address. You set the price, or leave the one the courier calculates.
4. **The shopper chooses and pays on delivery.** They see the delivery price before ordering. So they are less often surprised and refuse. They find the office or locker by city, street or name.
5. **You ship.** On the order you press "Create shipment". The waybill carries the cash on delivery amount. The labels come out in one file. No more writing addresses by hand.

## Good to know

- The contract with the courier is yours. Its fees and when it pays you follow that contract. So the money goes straight to you.
- Delivery is within Bulgaria.
- The shop does not test your account when you save it. So check it with your first parcel. That way you catch a mistake early.
