Cash on delivery with Econt
Many people in Bulgaria buy online only if they can pay when the parcel arrives. So they see the goods first, then pay. With CG Shops, your shop has a built-in connection to Econt for cash on delivery (Наложен платеж). The customer pays the courier. The courier sends you the money.
Penka makes homemade fig jam. Most of her customers live in small towns and do not pay by card. With cash on delivery they order calmly, and Penka gets her money in her bank account.
How it works
- The customer orders. They choose cash on delivery and delivery with Econt: to an address, an office or an Econtomat locker.
- You send the parcel. The shop makes the waybill. No copying of addresses.
- The customer pays on delivery. Econt sends you the amount, as your contract with Econt says.
The customer sees the delivery price before ordering. So there is no surprise at the door. You choose: one fixed price, or the price Econt calculates.
You will need a contract with Econt and an e-Econt account. You enter its login in the shop only once.

Try it in our example shop
